Elena Bauer
Physiotherapist · Sectoral Heilpraktiker · Fitness Trainer · Yoga TeacherFor more than 20 years, volleyball was a big part of my life and took me to tournaments across Europe. Alongside that, I have extensive experience in athletics, hockey, gymnastics and rowing.
After training as a sports and fitness management assistant as well as a physiotherapist, I went self-employed so I could bring my ideas and vision more fully into my work. Yoga is another cornerstone of my practice – self-discipline and mindful action are central to my physiotherapy sessions.
Anja Manarin
PhysiotherapistI started in physiotherapy in 2008. More than 10 years on, I still see this profession as being just as important as when I began my training. With continued education in functional movement, migraine treatment and fascia work, I keep discovering new connections.
I've done outdoor sport for many years – mountain biking, climbing, watersports – and work with beginners and professionals alike. I also have a background in skilled trade work, which means I know which exercises actually help with the demands of everyday work.
Sigrun Bodensteiner
PhysiotherapistI'm deeply shaped by the principle that „life is movement, and without movement there is no life.“ My goal is to help people overcome movement limitations, relieve pain, and develop effective training plans together with my patients.
After the birth of my daughter, I specialised in pelvic floor work to support women through this particular stage of life. Movement is an essential part of my own life too – cycling, hiking and climbing are sources of inspiration for me.
Nicolas Grunewald
PhysiotherapistSport means more to me than just movement – it's drive, structure and balance all at once. Whether on the football pitch, doing a triathlon, or in functional training: these experiences shape my physiotherapy work too.
I place great value on hands-on, practical therapy that doesn't just relieve symptoms but contributes to a more mindful, more capable everyday life.
Eva-Maria Pfau
Practice Management · Prevention & Health ManagerI've had a deep passion for sport since childhood, expressed above all through swimming. During my studies for a Master of Arts in Prevention and Health Management, I built up expertise in developing behaviour-based movement programmes.
My approach is built on the conviction that movement doesn't just improve physical health, but is also a key to overall wellbeing.
