Please bring any relevant medical documents, such as a doctor's prescription or test results. We'll also need a towel for the treatment. Comfortable clothing is helpful too.
The cost of physiotherapy is usually covered by statutory health insurers. Private health insurance and supplementary policies may have different arrangements.

Our practice is easy to reach by public transport. The accessible Plärrer underground, bus and tram stop (about 100 m away) offers a convenient way to get here. If you're driving, you'll usually find parking nearby.
You'll find the doorbell to the right of the entrance door. Once inside the building, the lift is on the right; the stairs on the left lead upstairs. Our practice is on the 5th floor – turn right as you leave the lift.
Please feel free to come straight in, the door opens easily, and take a seat on one of the chairs in the waiting area.
No, we don't have our own parking. However, public parking is usually available near our practice.
Our practice has a lift to make access easier for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility. We do not have an accessible toilet.

Please note the following regarding appointments at FLOW Physiotherapie:
Cancelling an appointment: If you're unable to make an appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Short-notice cancellations or no-shows: If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or do not show up, we charge the full fee for the missed appointment (§ 615 of the German Civil Code, BGB). The same rule is part of the treatment agreement you sign with us; the details are set out in section 3 of our terms and conditions.
Running late: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened accordingly to keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone.
