Important Patient Information

1. What to bring to your appointment

Please bring the following to your appointment:

• A bed sheet / large towel
• A valid prescription (Heilmittelverordnung)
• Medical reports (MRI/CT/X-rays) no older than 2 years

2. Cancellations & Cancellation Fees

If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. In the event of short-notice cancellations or no-shows, we will have to bill you privately for the appointment, as the time slot cannot be filled by someone else. We charge the full fee for the missed appointment. The same rule is part of the treatment agreement you sign with us; the details are set out in section 3 of our terms and conditions.

3. Prescription Co-payment (Publicly Insured Patients)

By law, a co-payment is required for every physical therapy prescription:

• €10 prescription fee (one-time)
• approx. 10% of the total prescription value

The co-payment is due at the start of your treatment at the practice. If you are exempt from co-payments, please bring valid proof of your exemption.
