1. Was Sie zum Termin mitbringen sollten Bringen Sie bitte zu Ihrem Termin folgendes mit:

Arztbericht (MRT/CT/Röntgen), der nicht älter als 2 Jahre ist
2. Terminabsagen & Ausfallgebühr
Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns im Falle einer notwendigen Absage mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem Termin. Bei kurzfristigen Absagen oder Nichterscheinen müssen wir Ihnen den Termin privat in Rechnung stellen, da der Zeitslot nicht mehr anderweitig vergeben werden kann. Die Ausfallgebühr richtet sich nach der vorgesehenen Behandlungsdauer und Leistung.
3. Rezeptzuzahlung (gesetzlich Versicherte)
Bei jeder physiotherapeutischen Verordnung ist gesetzlich eine Zuzahlung vorgesehen:

10 € Rezeptgebühr (einmalig)

ca. 10% des gesamten Rezeptwertes
Die Zuzahlung ist bei Beginn der Behandlung in der Praxis zu leisten. Patienten mit Zuzahlungsbefreiung bringen bitte einen aktuellen Nachweis mit.

A valid prescription (Heilmittelverordnung)

Medical reports (MRI/CT/X-rays) no older than 2 years
2. Cancellations & Cancellation Fees
If you need to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. In the event of short-notice cancellations or no-shows, we will have to bill you privately for the appointment, as the time slot cannot be filled by someone else. The cancellation fee is based on the scheduled treatment duration and service.
3. Prescription Co-payment (Publicly Insured Patients)
By law, a co-payment is required for every physical therapy prescription:

approx. 10% of the total prescription value
The co-payment is due at the start of your treatment at the practice. If you are exempt from co-payments, please bring valid proof of your exemption.
